Dr. Kyle Viehweger, ND, founder of Optimal Vitality, is a board certified-Naturopathic Doctor, who is in good standing and is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, to practice within Ontario.
Dr. Kyle Viehweger, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with a Doctorate in Naturopathy, in which he completed three years of biomedical and clinical therapy training, and one year of clinical internship rotations. This includes over 4100 hours of in-class studies and training, along with 1200 supervised clinical hours.
Kyle has experience with herbs, supplements, homeopathy, nutrition, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, and more. He has special interests in chronic autoimmune-inflammatory conditions such as Fibromyalgia, hormonal health, digestive health, men’s health, and ADHD. More importantly, Kyle is solution focused and is determined to help remove any obstacles that may be preventing your body from healing, and getting to the root of the cause.
